Returns & Exchanges
There are different policies for returns and exchanges based on the type of jewelry you purchased.
There are no returns or exchanges on Custom Jewelry, and all Made-to-Order Jewelry.
Custom jewelry refers to any pieces that were designed specifically for you. This includes pieces that contain special details, are set with specially requested stones, metal substitutions, etc. Custom orders also include any jewelry that is re-designed from one of my original designs that can include custom stone choices, design substitutions, or personalized elements or engraving. Customized pieces are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.
Made-to-order jewelry refers to any jewelry, including most rings, that is not in stock and is made-to-order specifically for you when you purchase it. Made-to-order is also specified on the product page above the "Add to Cart" button. Made-to-order jewelry is not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.
Resizing on a Made-to-Order Ring
If you order a made-to-order ring, and need it resized up to one size, I am happy to do this within the first 30 days of purchase at no charge other than the return shipping cost, which is paid by the customer. For rings that need to be resized more than one size up, or sized down, many will need to be completely remade, and you will be charged a fee for this and the return cost of shipping. Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
“Ready-to-ship” refers to jewelry that is one-of-a-kind, or that is the last piece(s) of a limited-edition design. I do accept returns and exchanges for these pieces. These items must be shipped back to me in their unworn, original condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. I will issue you a full refund (minus shipping) once I receive it. After 7 days, all sales are final.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges only apply to ready-to-ship jewelry.
If you wish to exchange a piece of jewelry, the full amount of your original purchase (minus the shipping cost) will apply to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be available to purchase at the time of the exchange (within 14 days of original purchase) and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs. This credit does not apply to future purchases, and is limited to one exchange per piece. This exchange policy does not apply to any custom made-to-order jewelry.
***Please contact me before you send your jewelry back for a return or an exchange so I know that you are returning it, and please let me know why. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and I am not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.
