How to find your perfect ring size
Ring sizing can be tricky. Fingers come in many different sizes, and can change size throughout the day for a variety of reasons. However, there are a few different ways to figure out your ring size, or the ring size of someone else.
Most of the rings offered through Kryzia Kreations are bespoke, and made specifically to fit you in your chosen size, unless you are purchasing a ready-to-ship, one-of-a-kind ring.
Visit a Local Jeweler
When ordering a bespoke ring, you will need to provide the ring size of the finger it will be worn on.
The best way to get the most accurate fit is to have your finger measured by a jeweler at a local jewelry store. They use the same ring sizing tools I do, and will provide you with the most accurate fit.
Use at At-Home Ring Sizer
The second best way to determine your ring size is to use a reusable ring sizer.
The reusable At-Home Ring Sizing Kit that I offer works pretty well at determining your correct ring size, and it corresponds with the sizes on my ring sizing tools. (However, I still suggest going to a local jeweler to have your finger sized.)
When to Measure Your Finger
It is very common for your fingers to change size throughout time, and even throughout the day, due to a variety of circumstances.
For the best results, see if you can check your finger size at different times of day throughout a several day period to determine your best size.
Wide Ring Bands
Ring bands 5mm and above have more friction against the finger and sometimes need to be be ordered a little larger than your ring size, usually 1/4 or 1/2 size larger. Wider bands can also be a bit more difficult to slide over larger knuckles, requiring a slightly looser fit.
If you are planning on ordering a ring that is 5mm or wider, I suggest you go to a local jeweler and have them size your finger with a wide sizer for that style of band before you order your ring.
Finding Out the Ring Size of Someone Else
When it comes to finding our someone else's ring size, especially when you want the ring to be a surprise, you sometimes need to be a little sneaky. And I have some tips and tricks for that in my blog article on ring sizing.
Ordering from Canada?
If you are ordering from Canada and you need to convert you ring size to a standard US ring size, please look at the International Ring Size Conversion Chart to determine your correct ring size.

Need a Ring Already Purchased from Kryzia Kreations Resized?
If you order a made-to-order ring, but need it resized up to one size, I am happy to do this within the first 30 days of purchase at no charge other than the return shipping cost, which is paid by the customer. For rings that need to be resized more than one size up, many will need to be completely remade, and you will be charged a fee for this and the return cost of shipping. If you need your ring re-sized after 30 days of purchase, my ring sizing fee is $30 - $45 for most silver rings, and $65 - $95 or most gold rings, plus return shipping.
For some rings, it may be impossible to resize due to various factors such as stones, the stone settings, and sometimes the design of the ring itself. In this case, a new ring will have to be re-fabricated, and I do charge a fee for this. If re-sizing of a ring is required, please contact me and we can discuss the rates.
Please note that one-of-a-kind, ready-to-ship rings are not eligible for resizing as they are sold as is.
