Ordering and Shipping

ORDERING
All jewelrydesigns created at Kryzia Kreations are individually handcrafted by jewelry designer, Christina Paluszek-McClure, in her Florida studio. Since you are ordering a unique, handcrafted item, many of which are made-to-order and created especially for you, please allow some slight variation from the image shown.

Each individual jewelry listing contains the current production time for that item, and it will be shipped within this window.  If the production time will exceed that which is stated in the listing, you will be contacted immediately.   Once your item is ready to ship, you will be sent the tracking number for the package that you can track at your convenience.  Please allow up to 2 hours for the tracking number to update in the postal system after it is sent to you. 


PAYMENT
All payment must be made in full and all major credit cards are accepted through PCI compliant e-commerce software our website. 

Florida residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.

We do not accept personal or business checks, money orders or wire transfers for payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis for creating bespoke jewelry. In addition, I will also try my best to accommodate any substitution of stones, metals, design components, and dimensions of some of the made-to-order designs shown on the website.  

Payment for custom orders do vary. For custom orders where I have all the materials (metal and stones) on hand, payment for the order must be made in full before I begin working on the order.  These orders are generally completed between 5-7 days after the order is placed.

For custom orders that require additional materials, I require half (50%) of the order payment upfront, and the balance after I complete your order. As soon as the balance is paid, I will ship your item immediately. The time in which these order are completed varies depending upon depending upon the design and what I need to purchase before I begin the order. I believe in providing the customer with detailed communication along the way so that there are no surprises, and I am happy to answer any questions.

All custom orders are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.  For more information, please feel free to contact me.


SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (USA) - All orders in the USA are shipped by the USPS with your choice of service:

 USPS First Class Ground Advantage Mail:

  • Approximately 3-7 business days for delivery, however this is not guaranteed and it depends upon destination
  • USPS tracking number sent in your shipment notification, insurance included
    USPS Priority Mail:
    •  Approximately 2-3 business days for delivery, however this is not guaranteed and it depends upon destination
    • USPS tracking number sent in your shipment notification, insurance included
    • Choosing this service does not lessen production time stated in the product description.


    USPS Priority Express Mail:
    • 1-2 business day delivery to most U.S. destinations
    • USPS tracking number sent in your shipment notification, insurance included
    • Signature is generally required upon delivery
    • Choosing this service does not lessen production time stated in the product description.


      International Shipping (Canada) - At this time we currently only ship outside of the USA to Canada by your choice of the following USPS services:

       USPS First Class International Mail:

      • Approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery, however this is not guaranteed and it depends upon destination
      • USPS customs number, that will sometimes act as your tracking number, will be sent in your shipment notification
      • No insurance included due to the USPS not allowing insurance on this parcel.  If you choose this service, Kryzia Kreations is not responsible for a lost parcel.
      • All customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage are the responsibility of the buyer.
      • Customs forms will be marked as "merchandise" and listed as a "fashion accessory." I will not list anything as "gift."

        USPS Priority Mail International:

        • Approximately 6-10 business days for delivery, however this is not guaranteed and it depends upon destination
        • USPS customs number, which will act as a tracking number, will be sent in your shipment notification
        • Full insurance of jewelry is included in price
        • All customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage are the responsibility of the buyer.
        • Customs forms will be marked as "merchandise" and listed as a "fashion accessory." I will not list anything as "gift."

           USPS Priority Mail International Express includes:

          • Approximately 3-7 business days for delivery

            LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
            All shipments are fully insured (except for USPS First Class International Mail)  and come with a tracking number that allows you to track your box to its destination.  Please note that USPS tracking information is sometimes delayed or not up to date, and sometimes not available for international packages once they leave the U.S.

            If you provided a correct shipping address upon checkout but your box does not arrive or gets lost in the mail, I will do everything I can to help you track down the  package.  Any items that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the buyer that are not delivered or get lost in the mail, are the responsibility of the buyer.  

            I am not responsible for packages that have been delivered but appear to have been stolen. If the carrier indicates your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the courier to determine if they may be holding the package for pickup but incorrectly indicated it was delivered. Once proof of delivery is generated, I cannot be held responsible.

            If your item arrives damaged, I will offer to repair the item.  
             

            ORDER CANCELLATIONS
            Any order cancellations must be received within 24 hours after your purchase.  After this time has passed, I have either shipped your ready to ship item, or started production on your made to order piece.
