How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Each piece has a production listed in the “Details” section of the product description. Generally ready-to-ship, or one-of-a-kind items, will ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. Made-to-order designs can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending upon the item.

What shipping method do you use, and how long will it take for my item to reach me?
All domestic packages are shipped throughout the United States by USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

Currently, I am only shipping international packages to Canada. These can be shipped by either USPS First Class International Mail or Priority Mail, with upgrades available.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through your PayPal account.

How are international taxes, duties, VAT charges handled?
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers/post office.

Additionally, I will not mark any packages as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. This is not legal. It will be marked as "merchandise" and listed as a "fashion accessory" on the customs form.

What happens if I never receive my order or it gets lost in the mail?
If you provided the correct shipping address upon checkout but your package does not arrive, I will do whatever I can to help you find it and have it delivered to you. When it comes to international orders, I am limited in what I can do to track an international package, so in most instances, you will need to bring your tracking number/customs number in to your local post office to have them track the box from your end.

In addition, Kryzia Kreations does not provide refunds or replacements for items that do not arrive or get lost in the mail that are not fully insured. If you need to order a replacement piece of jewelry for an item that got lost, please note that many one-of-a-kind items may not be able to be remade.

What if my jewelry needs to be repaired?
I guarantee my jewelry to be of the highest quality and check over each piece before it is packaged for shipment. If for some reason you receive your jewelry, and upon wearing it out for the first time, it breaks not by any fault of your own, please contact me ASAP, tell me what happened, and ship it back to me. It will be fixed at no charge.

If after 6 months or more, your jewelry becomes damaged after normal wear and tear, please contact me for a quote for repair work that would cover parts, labor, and return shipping back to you.

Please note that I do not repair or resize jewelry that I did not make.

Can I make changes, or cancel, an order I have already placed?
Any changes to an existing order, or cancellation, must be received within 24 hours after placing the order. After this time has passed, I have either shipped your ready to ship item, or started production on your made to order piece. Cancellations placed after this 24 hour period are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, most non-custom items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Jewelry must be in original un-worn condition and returned in original packaging. Please see the full return and exchange policy.

The following items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange:
~ Custom pieces or custom variations
~ Customized sizes
~ Engraved pieces

Do you accept custom orders?
Kryzia Kreations does accept custom orders on many of the designs shown on my website. Please see my custom orders page for more details.

Can I have my own metal melted down and reused in one of your pieces?
No, I cannot melt down your metal to make your jewelry. The metals I work with are 100% recycled because I only work with refiners who have the capability to refine scrap metal. I do not have the capability in my studio to refine your metals.

Can you set a stone I provide in a custom design?
This is decided on a case by case basis. In most cases, I will not be able to use your stone due to the liability involved. But, it never hurts to contact me.

What happens if I order the wrong size ring? Can you resize it for me?
I always suggest you have a professional jeweler size your finger before you order a ring. This is the most accurate way to find out the correct ring size you will need, and most jewelers normally do not charge a fee for this service. If you need your ring re-sized after purchase, my ring sizing fee is $30 for most silver rings, and $65 for most gold rings, plus return shipping.

For some rings, it may be impossible to resize due to various factors such as stones, the stone settings, and sometimes the design of the ring itself. In this case, a new ring will have to be re-fabricated, and I do charge a fee for this. If re-sizing of a ring is required, please contact me and we can discuss the rates.

What kind of packaging is my item shipped in?
Each item is gift wrapped in a white velvet lined blue or mint green jewel box with Kryzia Kreations branding on it. And all mailers are rigid cardboard shipping boxes.

Where is your jewelry made?
All Kryzia Kreations jewelry is made by hand in my Largo, Florida studio.

What metals do you use in your jewelry?
Kryzia Kreations jewelry is made from eco-friendly recycled metals in sterling silver, fine silver and 14Kt gold.

I don’t know my ring size. How do I determine what size my finger is so I can purchase a ring?
The best way to get the most accurate fit is to have your finger measured by a jeweler. For all product sizing information, please visit my jewelry sizing page here.

I live in your local area, is there a way I can pick up my jewelry rather than have it mailed to me?
Generally, I would be happy to meet you somewhere and hand-deliver your jewelry to you, however, I am taking more precautions due to COVID, so all jewelry is being mailed to all customers at this time.
