Here's all the order deadline and shipping information you need to know.
Holiday Order Deadlines
If you want your jewelry to arrive in time for holiday gift-giving, please place your orders by these dates.
Also, as many of my designs are made-to-order, please note the production time stated in the tabs below the jewelry descriptions on the product page.
It's a busy time of year, and rush orders are not possible.
Shipping Information
Local Jewelry Orders
You know I love seeing you, and if it is possible I am happy to meet with you in person and deliver your jewelry in the local area. But please remember that this is a busy time of year, and sometimes it might be a bit difficult to make this happen. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. I am willing to work with you however I can to accommodate both of our schedules.
Canadian Jewelry Orders
International shipments generally take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive at their destination, but around the holidays this timeline can be extended by an extra 5-10 days, or longer. This year, there are also tariffs in place, that you, the consumer, are responsible for paying.
All packages shipping to Canada are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International with full insurance (approximately 1-2 weeks) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (approximately 7-10 days.) Please note that by choosing either of these expedited services you will not cut down the production time stated in the jewelry descriptions.
Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
In the USA, free shipping for orders $150+ is available by USPS First Class Ground Advantage Mail with insurance. Delivery times vary by location, and can take longer to reach its destination during the holiday season. You may also choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Please note that by choosing either of these services you will not cut down the production time stated for Made-to-Order jewelry.
