The Edwardian inspiration comes from the elegant jewelry aesthetic of that era where white metals and white stones were especially popular. The creamy white freshwater pearl was chosen to complement that aesthetic while giving the engagement ring a softer alternative to a traditional diamond-centered design. Small white sapphires set in the curved wedding band add a touch of sparkle without overwhelming the pearl or the overall simplicity of the design.
Each ring is handmade specifically for you in your chosen size from recycled sterling silver. The pearl engagement ring is crafted from a plain silver band set with a 4.5–5mm creamy white cultured freshwater pearl is nestled within a hand-wrought sterling silver heart-crown setting that appears to embrace the pearl, creating the distinctive detail that gives this ring its name. The curved wedding band is covered in hand-wrought, feminine, lace-like scrollwork that extends from the front curvature to either side of the ring, leaving the back as a smooth band. Three bezel-set petite 1.5mm natural white sapphires are set among the scrollwork, and both rings are hand-polished to a high shine.

Pearls are delicate by nature and should be treated gently. They should be the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take off. You can learn more about how to care for pearl jewelry here.
To clean the silver around them, or any oxidized silver pieces, use a soft polishing cloth, and do not dip them in any type of jewelry cleaner. Cleaning pearls or oxidized silver with any type of jewelry cleaner can harm the pearls and may lighten the oxidation used in the design.
Please avoid swimming and bathing while wearing them, and avoid having them come in contact with chemicals and body lotions.
Domestic shipping is free for jewelry purchases of $200 or more if you choose USPS Ground Advantage Mail with Insurance. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail options are also available.
