Hand-wrought from recycled sterling silver, a triangle-shaped wrasse snake skin stone is set within the curve of a handmade, textured snake that encircles the stone. Wrasse snakeskin agate stone is a very rare and beautiful stone that is actually a fossil made from the prehistoric wrasse fish found only in Indonesia. The overlapping scale-like designs are actually the teeth which were located in the throat area of the fish.
The snake pendant suspends from an 18-inch sterling silver chain with a lobster claw clasp.
Snakes are a symbol of renewal, because as snakes shed their skin, we too can shed our old ways and begin anew.
