Golden-brown branches reach skyward as they sway in the breeze in this scenic dendritic agate necklace.
A triangular-cut scenic dendritic agate depicts delicate golden-brown branches in this hand-wrought lightly oxidized sterling silver necklace where the stone is set in a 14kt gold bezel surrounded by a border of delicate leaves. The pendant glides freely on an 18-inch sterling silver cable chain.
Dendritic agates are generally milk stones of microcrystalline quartz that contain deposits of manganese or iron oxides that form dendrites, or feather-like inclusions, that resemble tree branches, ferns, and other foliage. Each dendritic agate is a one-of-a-kind creation from nature.
